What We Stand For

BGji Foundation was created from a simple yet powerful belief: “When a woman rises, her family, community, and society rise with her.”

We believe that a woman’s growth is not about leaving her family behind, it is about lifting them up. Many women in India work hard to support their loved ones but feel stuck because they lack access to higher education. We are here to bridge that gap. We provide the certification and guidance she needs to earn a better income and build a secure life for the people she loves.

You are already working hard to support your parents or your husband. You are the strength of your home. But you may feel stuck because you had to stop your education in order to help them.

We believe your growth should not stop. We are here to help you move forward. We offer professional courses for working women (approximately ages 20–35). We give you the skills you need to build a better career and a secure life for the people you love without needing charity.
